Shake bottle vigorously before use. Unlock the bottle by turning the cap a quarter turn. Spray over the body and rub it in 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of heavy sweating and swimming. Remember to apply continuously at least every two hours when in the sun.
