Shake the bottle well. Unlock the cap with a quarter turn. Spray generously onto skin and rub in evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. For the face, spray into hands first and avoid inhalation. Reapply at least every two hours, and always after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and after towel drying.
