Shakti manifests both externally as physical nature, and internally as spirit or energy. She is seen as the life force behind your breathing, heartbeat, and muscles.
The Shakti Mat was created and designed with the intention of awakening these qualities of Shakti energy and providing users with a way to harness this power (mentally) to restore well-being (physically).
