Shake bottle vigorously. Unlock cap with a quarter turn. Spray generously onto skin and rub in evenly, 15 minutes before sun exposure. For face, spray into hands first and avoid inhalation. Reapply at least every two hours, and always after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and after towel drying.
