Turn the bottle upside down and shake vigorously for one minute to fully activate the spray. Spray a walnut-sized amount into the palm of your hand. Gently apply the spray to your feet or lower legs, massage in softly and let the refreshing effect do its work. Keep the bottle vertically upside down while spraying.
