Shake bottle vigorously. Unlock cap with a quarter turn. Spray liberally onto skin and rub in evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. For face, spray into hands first and avoid inhalation. Reapply at least every two hours, and always after 80 minutes of swimming or perspiring or after towel drying.
