You use the Face Mist Normal to Oily Skin after cleansing your skin, on skin that has been patted dry.
Two or three sprays are enough for your face, and you can add an extra spray for your neck and décolletage. You can spread it further with your hands.
There is no need to wait for it to dry; you can immediately apply your Face Cream Normal to Oily Skin over it. You will even need less of the cream, as it will spread more effectively over your skin.
