Combine with Loveli
Rub your feet with the foot balm before you go to sleep and put on a nice pair of thick socks. You can, of course, immediately moisturize your hands with the balm remaining on them.
It is best to use the foot balm at night before going to bed. Your feet may feel greasy, which is not ideal in combination with a slippery bathroom floor.
You can also apply it to other very dry parts of your body, such as your elbows.
