Use
Massage FOAM+ onto the face, neck, and décolleté with damp hands. The gel will transform into a mild and soft foam. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm compresses. Then, spray PREBIOTIC SPRAY+ evenly over the cleansed face and décolleté.
Subsequently, apply the chosen serums in layers. It is important to ensure that each serum is fully absorbed by the skin before applying the next layer.
Complete the skincare ritual with an IK cream to seal in all active ingredients and protect the skin during the day with an IK SPF.

FAQ: Veelgestelde vragen over gezichtsreiniging
Hoe vaak moet ik mijn gezicht reinigen? Reinig je gezicht twee keer per dag: 's ochtends om nachtelijk talg en zweet te verwijderen, en 's avonds om make-up, SPF en vuil van de dag te verwijderen. Meer dan twee keer reinigen kan de huidbarrière beschadigen.
Welke reiniger past bij mijn huidtype? Voor een droge of gevoelige huid kies je een milde, niet-schuimende reiniger. Voor een vette of onzuivere huid werkt een licht schuimende reiniger met salicylzuur of niacinamide goed. Voor een gecombineerde huid is een balancerende reiniger ideaal.
Wat is dubbele reiniging en heb ik dat nodig? Dubbele reiniging betekent eerst reinigen met een olie of micellair water (verwijdert make-up en SPF), gevolgd door een waterige reiniger (reinigt de huid zelf). Dit is vooral aan te raden als je dagelijks SPF of make-up draagt.
Kan ik mijn gezicht reinigen met gewone zeep? Gewone zeep heeft een hoge pH-waarde die de huidbarrière kan verstoren en de huid kan uitdrogen of irriteren. Gebruik altijd een reiniger die speciaal voor het gezicht is ontwikkeld met een huidvriendelijke pH.
Moet ik 's ochtends ook mijn gezicht reinigen? Ja, ook 's ochtends is reinigen zinvol. Tijdens de nacht produceert de huid talg en komen resten van nachtcrème vrij. Een milde ochtendreiniging bereidt de huid optimaal voor op je serum, dagcrème en SPF.
