TIP! Store Matcha in the refrigerator after opening and use a wooden spoon (scoop = a bamboo spoon) to best preserve its quality. If you use a metal spoon, there is a chance that the matcha will oxidize.

Combine with IK Skin Perfection

After cooking, let ±60 ml of water cool to ±80 degrees Celsius. Add half a Matcha spoon (± 1 gram) of Matcha. Whisk the tea with a Matcha whisk until a silky smooth foam forms.
